This 4th of July Layered Pudding Dessert with Golden Oreos is a festive, no-bake treat featuring layers of creamy vanilla pudding, crunchy Golden Oreos, and fresh berries, making it the perfect dessert for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
1 (19 ounce) package Golden Oreos, divided
4 tablespoons butter, melted (optional)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
6.8 ounces instant French vanilla pudding mix (2 3.4-ounce boxes)
4 cups milk (whole milk recommended)
1 ½ cups heavy cream
¾ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 pound strawberries, hulled and quartered
1 dry pint blueberries
Instructions
- For the Bottom Layer:
Prepare the crust: Option 1: Crumble 32 Oreos into a 9×13-inch pan. Option 2: Pulse 32 Oreos into fine crumbs in a food processor, then mix with 4 tablespoons melted butter and press into the pan. Refrigerate or freeze while preparing the next layers. - For the Vanilla Pudding Layer:
Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and milk until thickened. Combine the pudding mixture with the cream cheese and mix until smooth. In the same bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture. - Spread the pudding mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Topping:
Chop the remaining 16 Oreos and sprinkle them over the pudding layer. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 2 hours or up to 12 hours. - Just Before Serving:
Top with fresh strawberries and blueberries. - Serve and enjoy!
