Description

Air Fryer Baked Potatoes are the quickest, easiest way to enjoy perfectly cooked, crispy potatoes with a fluffy interior. The skin crisps up beautifully while the inside stays soft and tender. With minimal prep time and no waiting, these air fryer baked potatoes are a foolproof way to get restaurant-quality results every time. Whether served as a simple side dish or loaded with your favorite toppings, these potatoes are versatile and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • Olive oil or cooking spray
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • Poke each potato with a fork a few times to allow steam to escape during cooking.
  • Lightly coat each potato with olive oil or cooking spray, then sprinkle with salt.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  • Cook for 30-40 minutes, checking the potatoes at the 30-minute mark for doneness. If needed, cook in 5-minute increments until soft on the inside.
  • Once done, remove the potatoes from the air fryer. Slice them open and fluff with a fork.

Notes

  • Toppings: Load with butter, sour cream, cheese, chives, or any toppings you like.
