Description

Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/4 cup milk

1 large egg

1 tablespoon melted butter

1/2 cup Nutella

Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

  • Add milk, melted butter, and egg; stir until a soft dough forms.

  • Lightly flour a surface and knead the dough for 1 minute until smooth.

  • Roll out the dough to 1/4-inch thickness and cut into 2-inch squares.

  • Place a teaspoon of Nutella in the center of each square, fold over, and seal tightly.

  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.

  • Arrange beignets in the air fryer basket without overcrowding; lightly spray with cooking oil.

  • Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.

  • Cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Notes

Swap Nutella with peanut butter, almond butter, or jam for different flavors.

Add cinnamon or nutmeg to the dough for extra warmth.

Mix shredded coconut into the Nutella for a tropical flavor twist.

Use parchment paper in the air fryer for easier cleanup if desired.
