Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a doughnut pan with butter or non-stick spray.

In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In another bowl, whisk together apple cider, eggs, melted butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and milk.

Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Spoon batter into doughnut pan, filling about ¾ full.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool slightly in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack.

Notes
Swap the glaze for chocolate glaze if preferred.
