Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth or chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • ½ cup Italian-seasoned bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Pre-cook the shrimp: Place the shrimp in a saucepan and cover with water to a depth of about 2 inches. Bring to a boil and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes until pink. Drain and set aside.

  • Combine the shrimp and sauce: Once the butter has melted, lightly toss the shrimp in the butter mixture until well-coated.
  • Top with breadcrumbs: Sprinkle the Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs evenly over the shrimp.
