2 large eggs
1 cup chocolate chips (preferably dark chocolate)
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Stir until a soft dough forms.
-
Fold in the chocolate chips.
-
Use a cookie scoop to drop 1-1/2-inch thick dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
-
Optional: Add a few extra chocolate chips on top for extra richness.
-
Bake for 10 minutes, then check to see if the cookies have set. If not, bake for an additional 1-2 minutes.
-
Remove from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
Notes
For a more decadent treat, you can dip the cookies in melted chocolate after they cool.
