Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste
To Garnish:
- Additional chopped basil leaves
- Red pepper flakes
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Bruschetta Topping:
- In a medium bowl, combine:
- Diced Roma tomatoes
- Chopped basil
- Minced garlic
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar
- Salt (to taste)
- Toss well and let marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Make the Cheese Layer:
- In a food processor, blend:
- Feta cheese
- Cream cheese
- Sour cream
- Minced garlic
- Lemon juice
- Olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Puree for 3–4 minutes, scraping down the sides as needed, until smooth and creamy.
