Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Herb cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts and cook 5-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and scrape browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
  5. Reduce heat to medium-low and stir in heavy cream and Boursin cheese. Stir until cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
  6. Return chicken breasts to the skillet, spoon sauce over them, and simmer for 3-5 minutes to warm through and allow flavors to combine.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
