Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained and rinsed

Instructions

  • Return chicken to skillet and spoon sauce over top. Cook 1 more minute to heat through.
