Ingredients

For the Glass Rim:

Zest of one lime

Kosher salt

Lime juice

For the Margaritas:

1 can (15 oz) cream of coconut

3/4 cup non-alcoholic rum or fruit juice (such as lime or pineapple juice)

1/2 cup fresh lime juice

1/4 cup orange juice or orange-flavored syrup

3 cups ice cubes


Instructions

Prepare the Glasses:

Mix lime zest and kosher salt on a small plate.

Wet the rims of your glasses by dipping them in lime juice, then dip the wet rims into the salt-zest mixture. Set aside.

Make the Margaritas:

Add cream of coconut, non-alcoholic rum (or fruit juice), fresh lime juice, orange juice, and ice to a blender.
