Description

These No-Bake Cottage Cheese Brownie Batter Protein Bites are a rich, fudgy, and high-protein treat that tastes just like brownie batter! Made with cottage cheese, chocolate protein powder, and extra dark chocolate, these bites are a perfect post-workout snack or guilt-free dessert.


Ingredients

  • Base Ingredients:

    • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
    • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
    • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
    • 2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter

  • Mix-Ins & Coating:

    • 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
    • 1/4 cup melted dark chocolate (for coating, optional)

Instructions

1. Blend the Cottage Cheese

  • In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

2. Mix the Dough

  • In a bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Stir until a thick dough forms.

3. Add Chocolate Chips

  • Place them on a parchment-lined plate.

5. Optional Chocolate Coating
