Instructions
1. Blend the Cottage Cheese
- In a food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
2. Mix the Dough
- In a bowl, combine the blended cottage cheese, almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup, peanut butter, and vanilla extract.
- Stir until a thick dough forms.
3. Add Chocolate Chips
- Fold in the dark chocolate chips for extra texture and flavor.
4. Shape the Bites
- Roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls.
- Place them on a parchment-lined plate.
5. Optional Chocolate Coating
- If desired, dip each bite into melted dark chocolate and return to the parchment paper.
