Ingredients
3 lbs russet or Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
½ cup butter, softened
1 cup sour cream
½ cup whole milk
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
Optional: ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese for topping
Fresh chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
