Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts

- ½ cup dry white wine

Instructions
1. Prepare the Chicken
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken for 6-8 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
2. Make the Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Deglaze the pan with white wine, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet.

3. Combine & Serve
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Let the chicken simmer in the sauce for a few minutes until fully coated.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
