Description

Creamy Pickle Roll Ups are a savory, easy-to-make snack featuring flaky crescent roll dough filled with a creamy dill pickle and ranch mixture. Perfect for parties, game day, or snack time, these tangy, zesty bites bake up golden and crispy, making them a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

Cream cheese, softened

Ranch seasoning

Dill pickle relish (or finely chopped dill pickles)

Crescent roll dough (sheets or rolls)

Butter

Fresh dill (or dried dill)

Instructions

  • Make the Filling:

    • In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, and dill pickle relish. Stir until well blended.

  • Prepare the Dough:

    • Roll out crescent dough. If using crescent rolls, press the perforations to seal into full sheets.

  • Assemble:

    • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough. Roll up tightly and slice into 1-inch thick rounds.

  • Add Dill Butter:

    • Mix melted butter with fresh dill and brush over the rolls.

  • Bake:

    • Place the rolls on a lined baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20-22 minutes, until golden brown.

  • Serve:

    • Enjoy warm with optional ranch dressing for dipping.

Notes

Extra Pickle Punch: Add pickle juice to the filling for extra tang.

Spicy Kick: Add cayenne pepper or chopped jalapeños to spice things up.

Cheesy Add-On: Stir shredded cheddar cheese into the filling for a cheesier version.
