Ingredients

- 1 egg, beaten

For the Lemon Aioli:

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Make the Batter:
- In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour, panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
2️⃣ Prepare the Brussels Sprouts:
- Dip each Brussels sprout half into the beaten egg, then dredge in the flour mixture, coating evenly.
3️⃣ Fry the Brussels Sprouts:
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the Brussels sprouts in batches for 3-4 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
4️⃣ Make the Lemon Aioli:
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until smooth and well combined.
