Description

Ingredients

1 lb ground breakfast sausage (or your preferred sausage)

8 oz cream cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (10 oz) Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilies)

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder


Instructions

  • Preheat Oven:
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Cook the Sausage:
    In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned and crumbled. Drain excess fat.

  • Mix the Dip:
    In a large bowl, combine cooked sausage, cream cheese, shredded cheddar, Rotel (with juices), garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until fully mixed and creamy.

  • Bake:
    Transfer to a small baking dish, spreading the mixture evenly. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden on top.
