¾ cup all-purpose flour
⅔ cup white granulated sugar
½ teaspoon salt
5 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 medium apples (thinly sliced)
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (170°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and sugar. Add eggs, milk, cream, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.

Chill the batter in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Line a 7.5-inch round cake pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter into the pan and arrange the apple slices over the top.

Notes
