Ingredients
All-purpose flour

For the glaze:
Powdered sugar
Milk
Vanilla extract
Food coloring (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined—do not overmix.

Gently fold in Fruity Pebbles cereal.

Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity halfway.

Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Cool donuts in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

For the glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together; tint with food coloring if desired.

Dip cooled donuts into the glaze and sprinkle with extra Fruity Pebbles while the glaze is wet.

Notes
Add cocoa powder for a chocolate version.
Make mini donuts by using a mini donut pan and adjusting baking time.
