Fruity Pebbles Donuts are colorful, baked vanilla donuts topped with a sweet glaze and a cheerful crunch of Fruity Pebbles cereal, making them a fun and irresistible treat for birthdays, brunches, and everyday celebrations.

Ingredients

All-purpose flour

Granulated sugar

Milk

Unsalted butter, melted

Large egg

Baking powder

Vanilla extract

Salt

Fruity Pebbles cereal (plus extra for topping)

For the glaze:

Powdered sugar

Milk

Vanilla extract

Food coloring (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan with non-stick spray.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

  • In another bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.

  • Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined—do not overmix.

  • Gently fold in Fruity Pebbles cereal.

  • Spoon batter into the donut pan, filling each cavity halfway.

  • Bake for 12–15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  • Cool donuts in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.

  • For the glaze: Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract together; tint with food coloring if desired.

  • Dip cooled donuts into the glaze and sprinkle with extra Fruity Pebbles while the glaze is wet.

  • Allow the glaze to set before serving.

Notes

Add cocoa powder for a chocolate version.

Make mini donuts by using a mini donut pan and adjusting baking time.

Try different cereals like Cocoa Pebbles or Rice Krispies.

For a rainbow effect, tint glaze with multiple colors.

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored up to 5 days refrigerated.
