Perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a cozy dinner at home, this dish is ready in just 30 minutes.

Ingredients

For the Steak Bites:

1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

For the Pasta:

8 oz pasta shells

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced (for pasta)

1 tablespoon unsalted butter (for pasta)

Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook Steak:
Season the steak with salt and pepper. Sear in olive oil over medium-high heat until browned, then set aside.

  2. Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt butter, add garlic, thyme, and rosemary, and cook until fragrant. Return the steak to the pan and coat in the garlic butter sauce.

  3. Cook Pasta:
Boil the pasta shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

  4. Make Parmesan Sauce:
In a separate pan, melt butter, cook garlic, then add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  5. Combine:
Toss the cooked pasta shells with the creamy Parmesan sauce.

  6. Serve:
Plate the creamy pasta and top with the garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
