A refreshing homemade Peach Lemonade combining ripe peaches with zesty lemon juice for a sweet, tangy, and vibrant drink perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients
4 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4–6 lemons)
½ to ¾ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
4 cups cold water
Ice, for serving
Peach slices and lemon wheels, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine chopped peaches, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove pulp, if desired.
- Stir in cold water and mix well. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice with peach slices and lemon wheels for garnish, if desired.
Notes
Use white or yellow peaches based on flavor preference.
Replace half the water with club soda for a sparkling lemonade.
Add fresh mint leaves or basil for a herbal twist.
Substitute sugar with honey, agave syrup, or preferred sweetener.
