Ingredients
- 1 bag (10 oz) regular-sized marshmallows
- 1 bag (10 oz) Andes Creme de Menthe Baking Chips
- 1 bag (10 oz) green candy melts
- Straws or lollipop sticks
- Sprinkles (optional, for decoration)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Marshmallows
- Insert a straw or lollipop stick into each marshmallow, making sure not to poke through the other end.
2. Melt the Mint Chocolate
- Place 1 cup of Andes Creme de Menthe Baking Chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted.
3. Dip in Mint Chocolate
- Dip each marshmallow into the melted mint chocolate, letting excess drip off.
- Place dipped marshmallows on a wax paper-lined cookie sheet.
4. Set the Coating
- Refrigerate for 5 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
5. Melt the Green Candy Melts
- In a separate bowl, melt 20-25 green candy melts using the same microwave method, stirring until smooth.
6. Second Dip and Decorate
- Dip each marshmallow into the melted green candy, leaving some mint chocolate visible at the base.
- Add sprinkles immediately, if desired.
7. Final Set
- Return marshmallows to wax paper and refrigerate for another 5 minutes to fully set.
8. Serve and Enjoy
- Once set, enjoy or package as gifts for a festive treat!
