Ingredients
For the Mashed Potatoes:

For the Beef and Gravy:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
- Boil chopped potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15–20 minutes).
- Drain, then mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth and creamy.
- Set aside and keep warm.
2️⃣ Cook the Beef and Vegetables:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until onion is translucent (about 3–4 minutes).
