High Protein Cheesecake Jars are a creamy, protein-packed dessert with a crunchy keto graham cracker crust and fresh fruit topping, perfect for a healthy snack or light breakfast.
Ingredients
1¼ cups cottage cheese
1 cup fat-free cream cheese
½ cup protein powder (Vanilla Salted Caramel recommended)
¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
6 keto graham crackers
1 tablespoon melted butter
Fresh fruits
Blueberry jam
Optional: 1 tablespoon cocoa powder (for chocolate version)
Instructions
- Blend cottage cheese, fat-free cream cheese, protein powder, sugar-free maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Scrape sides as needed.
- Add keto graham crackers in batches; pulse until finely crushed.
- Transfer crumbs to bowl, mix with melted butter until coated and clumpy.
- Spoon graham cracker crust into bottom of each jar or serving dish.
- Add cheesecake filling on top of crust.
- Refrigerate jars for 1–2 hours to set and meld flavors.
- Before serving, top with fresh fruits and a spoonful of blueberry jam.
- For chocolate version, blend cocoa powder into filling before assembling.

Use any protein powder flavor preferred.
