Ingredients

  • 23 Golden Oreo cookies
  • 1 (3 oz) packet of strawberry-flavored gelatin
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Crush the Cookies: Place Golden Oreos in a food processor and pulse until coarse crumbs form. Alternatively, crush them in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
  • Mix with Gelatin: Transfer the crumbs to a bowl and mix in the strawberry gelatin powder.
  • Add Butter: Stir in the melted butter until the mixture is evenly coated.
  • Bake: Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes.
  • Cool & Crumble: Let the mixture cool completely. If it forms a solid layer, break it apart into crumbs before storing.
