Ingredients

12 Medjool dates, pitted

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

  1. Prepare the Dates: Slice each date lengthwise on one side and gently open it, being careful not to split it completely in half.

  3. Stuff the Dates: Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon of ricotta cheese.
  4. Add Pistachios: Top the ricotta with chopped pistachios, gently pressing them into the ricotta.
