Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened to room temperature

46 dill pickle spears, drained and patted dry

4 large flour tortillas (or wraps)

1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste

2 tablespoons fresh chives or green onions, finely chopped (optional)


Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Ingredients: Leave the cream cheese at room temperature for about 10 minutes to soften. Drain and pat dry the pickles to keep them crisp inside the rolls.
  2. Spread the Cream Cheese: Lay one tortilla flat and spread a generous layer of softened cream cheese across the whole surface.
  3. Add Seasonings and Pickles: Sprinkle garlic powder over the cream cheese. Add chopped chives or green onions (if using). Place pickles in a line along one edge of the tortilla.
  4. Roll Them Up: Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from the edge with the pickles, sealing it with a little extra cream cheese if necessary.
  5. Slice Into Bite-Sized Pieces: Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch pieces. For cleaner slices, refrigerate the roll for 15 minutes before slicing.
