Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup cocoa powder

- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups chocolate-covered spheres, roughly chopped
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- For the Topping
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup whole chocolate-covered spheres
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
- Cream together softened butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
- Fold in chopped chocolate-covered spheres and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
- For the Topping: Heat heavy cream in a small saucepan over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
- Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Pour ganache over cooled tray bake and spread evenly.
- Top with whole chocolate-covered spheres, pressing gently into the chocolate.
- Let set for at least 1 hour before slicing into squares.
