Description

A refreshing and creamy Indian drink made with frozen mango, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, lemon juice, and cardamom for a tropical, nourishing treat.


Ingredients

2 cups frozen mango

2 cups Greek yogurt

1 cup whole milk

4 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 pinch cardamom (optional)


Instructions

  1. Add frozen mango, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and lemon juice to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of cardamom if using. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use coconut yogurt and almond or oat milk for a dairy-free version.

Adjust honey to taste for sweetness.
