Description

A no-bake cheesecake with vibrant orange jello swirls and creamy layers on a crunchy vanilla wafer crust, delivering a refreshing citrus and cream flavor.


Ingredients

  • 11 ounces vanilla wafers, finely crushed
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon clear vanilla flavoring
  • ½ cup powdered sugar, plus 1 tablespoon
  • ¾ cup boiling water
  • 3 ounces orange-flavored jello
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest (about to 3 tablespoons depending on size)
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon clear vanilla flavoring

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9-inch springform pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix crushed vanilla wafers, sugar, and melted butter until combined; press firmly into the pan bottom and freeze.
  3. Whip heavy cream, vanilla flavoring, and powdered sugar on high until stiff peaks form; divide into two portions.
  4. Dissolve orange jello and zest in boiling water; cool completely.
  5. Fold half of one whipped cream portion into cooled jello; reserve ½ cup for swirling.
  6. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and vanilla, mix until creamy.
  7. Fold half the whipped cream mixture into cream cheese; reserve ¾ cup for swirling.
  8. Spread cheesecake layer evenly over crust, leaving space for swirl.
  9. Dollop reserved orange cream randomly; swirl gently with a fork into cheesecake.
  10. Spread reserved cheesecake mixture over swirls.
  11. Spread remaining orange cream on top.
  12. Refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight to set.
  13. Before serving, run a knife around pan edge and remove springform ring.
