Description

These Peanut Butter Cheerio Bites are the ultimate no-bake snack—chewy, crunchy, and naturally sweetened with honey. Perfect for lunchboxes, afternoon cravings, or a quick bite on the go!

Ingredients

½ cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup honey

3 cups Cheerios cereal

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together peanut butter and honey until smooth and fully combined. Do not boil.
  2. Remove from heat and immediately stir in Cheerios until evenly coated.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray or press into a lined baking dish.
  4. Refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. Enjoy as no-bake snack bites. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Notes

Add mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts for extra texture and flavor.

Use sunflower seed butter for a nut-free version.

Replace honey with maple syrup or agave nectar to make it vegan-friendly.

Add cinnamon or vanilla extract for a flavor boost.

Press into muffin tins for cups or roll into balls for easy snacking.

Lightly grease hands or spoon for easier shaping.

Refrigerate to firm up; skipping refrigeration may cause sticky bites.
