Add Butter and Chocolate Chips: Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix. Sprinkle the remaining chopped peanut butter cups and chocolate chips on top.
-
Bake: Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and slightly crisp.
-
Serve: Let the cake cool for 10-15 minutes before serving. For added indulgence, serve with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For extra crunch, sprinkle chopped peanuts or pretzels on top before baking.
Swap out the chocolate cake mix for a yellow or peanut butter-flavored cake mix for a different flavor twist.
If you’re a true peanut butter fan, use Reese’s Pieces or add more peanut butter cups for an extra peanut butter punch.
