Description

This Peanut Butter Cup Frozen Yogurt is a quick, delicious, and healthier treat made with just three ingredients. Packed with protein from Greek yogurt and bursting with peanut butter cup chunks, this frozen dessert is the perfect balance of creamy, tangy yogurt and rich, indulgent chocolate and peanut butter.

Ingredients

32 oz vanilla Greek yogurt

¼ cup peanut butter (or peanut butter powder)

4 peanut butter cups, chopped

Instructions

  • Mix the Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the vanilla Greek yogurt and peanut butter (or peanut butter powder). Stir in the chopped peanut butter cups until evenly distributed.

  • Freeze:
Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 2-3 hours until it firms up.

  • Serve:
Remove the yogurt from the freezer about 5-10 minutes before serving to soften slightly for easier scooping.

Notes

Variations:

Dairy-Free: Use dairy-free yogurt and ensure your peanut butter cups are also dairy-free.

Sweetener: Add honey, maple syrup, or agave for extra sweetness if desired.

More Toppings: Add chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, or even a swirl of caramel for extra indulgence.

Storage:

Storage: Store any leftover frozen yogurt in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week. Let it sit out for 5 minutes to soften before serving.
