½ tsp ground cumin
¾ tsp ground mustard
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
2 garlic cloves, chopped
For the Sauce:
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1½ cups ketchup
½ cup brown sugar
2 tsp each black pepper, onion powder, ground mustard
1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
