Notes
Variations
- Chocolate Mint: Use an Oreo cookie crust and add chocolate chips or crushed Oreos into the filling for a chocolate-mint combo.
- Crust Swap: Use a store-bought graham cracker crust or a pre-made Oreo pie crust.
- Decorate: Top with green sprinkles, mint leaves, or crushed Girl Scout Thin Mint cookies for extra flair.
Storage and Reheating
- Storage: Wrap the pie with plastic wrap and foil to prevent freezer burn, and store it in the freezer for up to 7 days.
- Reheating: Serve directly from the freezer for the best texture. Avoid leaving it at room temperature for longer than 30 minutes to prevent the filling from becoming too soft.
