Description

This Shamrock Swirl Pie is a creamy, no-bake dessert with a festive green and white swirl—perfect for St. Patrick’s Day or any celebration! With a light marshmallow-cream cheese filling and a buttery graham cracker crust, this pie is as easy to make as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup green food coloring (divided)
  • 1/4 cup white food coloring
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Whip the Cream: In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  • Prepare the Cream Mixture: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and marshmallow fluff until smooth. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix until fully combined.
  • Color the Mixture: Divide the cream mixture into two bowls. Stir green food coloring into one and white food coloring into the other.
  • Fold in the Whipped Cream: Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the green mixture and the other half into the white mixture.
  • Create the Swirl Effect: Spoon alternating dollops of green and white mixtures into the graham cracker crust. Use a butter knife or skewer to gently swirl the two colors together for a marbled look.
  • Chill & Set: Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  • Garnish & Serve: Before serving, garnish with fresh mint leaves, if desired. Slice and enjoy!

Notes

  • Dairy-Free Alternative: Use coconut whipped cream, dairy-free cream cheese, and condensed coconut milk.
  • Extra Flavor: Add 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract for a minty twist.
  • Make-Ahead Friendly: Can be made 1-2 days ahead and stored in the fridge until serving.
