Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
  • 1/2 cup cooked halal-friendly turkey sausage, crumbled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the pan)

Instructions

  • Prep the Pan:

    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Grease a 15×10-inch jelly roll pan with butter.
  • Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Cook the halal-friendly turkey sausage until crispy, then crumble.
    • Dice the red bell pepper, chop the green onions, and prepare the spinach.
  • Make the Egg Mixture:

    • In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream (or milk), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
    • Stir in the cooked turkey sausage, cheese, spinach, bell pepper, and green onions.
  • Bake the Omelet:

    • Pour the egg mixture into the prepared sheet pan.
    • Spread the mixture evenly and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the eggs are set and lightly browned on top.
