Ingredients
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika (optional)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt and black pepper to taste
½ cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4–6 hoagie rolls
Provolone cheese slices (or mozzarella/cheddar)
Instructions

Add chicken breasts, onion, bell peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Pour in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. -

After cooking, remove chicken from the slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return shredded chicken to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices. -
