This Slow Cooker Garlic Butter Beef Bites & Potatoes is a rich, flavorful, and ultra-comforting meal! Tender beef stew meat and baby Yukon gold potatoes are slow-cooked in a garlic butter sauce, making this an easy, hands-off dinner perfect for busy weeknights or meal prep.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads

Instructions

1. Prepare the Slow Cooker:

  • Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Add Ingredients:

  • Place the beef stew meat on one side of the slow cooker and the baby potatoes on the other side.
  • Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both the meat and potatoes.
  • Gently toss the beef bites to coat with the seasonings, keeping it separate from the potatoes.

3. Add Garlic and Butter:

  • Distribute the chopped garlic evenly over the meat and potatoes.

4. Cook:

  • Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 6 hours, or until the beef is fall-apart tender.

5. Serve:

  • Serve hot, drizzling the garlic butter sauce over the beef and potatoes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley or grated Parmesan (optional).
