Description

S’mores Dip is a quick and gooey dessert made with melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows, served with graham crackers or other dippers—perfect for a nostalgic, crowd-pleasing treat.


Ingredients

Butter

Milk chocolate chips

Heavy cream

Marshmallows

Graham crackers, pretzels, cookies, or fresh strawberries (for dipping)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Butter an 8-inch cast iron skillet or baking dish.
  2. Add chocolate chips to a heatproof bowl. Microwave heavy cream until boiling, then pour over chocolate chips and let sit a few minutes.
  3. Whisk until smooth and transfer to the buttered dish, spreading evenly.
  4. Top with marshmallows in a single layer. Bake for 10 minutes, until marshmallows are puffed and golden.
  5. Let cool for 10–15 minutes before serving. Serve with your choice of dippers.

Notes

Mini marshmallows work just as well for even toasting.

Swirl in peanut butter or Nutella for added flavor.

Use dark chocolate chips for a less sweet version.

Sprinkle marshmallows with cinnamon or cayenne for a spiced kick.
