Ingredients
12 graham crackers, roughly broken up
2/3 bag mini marshmallows
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer the Ingredients: In an 8-inch cast iron skillet (or any oven-safe dish), layer the graham crackers, followed by the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Repeat the layers as desired.
- Bake: Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and the chocolate is melted. Optionally, broil for 1–2 minutes for a crispy top.
- Drizzle and Serve: Drizzle melted chocolate over the top and let cool slightly before serving.
