1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Make the Meatballs:

In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, salt, pepper, cayenne, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix well and form into 1-inch meatballs.
