Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, ensuring not to cut all the way through.
