Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized butternut squash

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the butternut squash in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30-40 minutes until tender.

- Return to the oven for 10-15 more minutes and serve.
