Ingredients

- ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2–3 tablespoons milk
Instructions
1. Bake the Cinnamon Rolls
- Prepare the cinnamon rolls according to the package directions.
- Do not use the icing provided in the package.
2. Brown the Butter
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter.
- Stir continuously until it turns golden brown and releases a nutty aroma.
- Remove from heat immediately to prevent burning.
3. Make the Frosting
- Whisk the confectioners’ sugar into the browned butter.
- Add vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons of milk. Whisk until smooth.
- If needed, add another tablespoon of milk to reach your desired consistency.
4. Toast the Pecans
- In a small skillet over low heat, toast the pecans while stirring until fragrant.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
