Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 cups almond flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
1 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
Instructions
-
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a loaf pan with parchment paper for easy removal. -
Mix the Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond flour, eggs, baking powder, and salt. If you’re using garlic powder and onion powder, add them now for extra flavor. -
Blend the Batter:
Stir the ingredients until smooth and well incorporated into a batter-like consistency. -
Pour into Pan:
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula to ensure even baking. -
Bake:
Place the loaf pan in the preheated oven and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean. -
Cool and Slice:
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Add Herbs or Spices: Add rosemary, thyme, or Italian seasoning to elevate the flavor.
Cheese Lover: Stir in shredded cheese for a cheesy flatbread version.
Sweet Option: For a sweet version, add a bit of stevia or monk fruit sweetener to pair with keto-friendly jam or butter.
