A quick and easy oven-baked version of classic s’mores, featuring melty chocolate and toasted marshmallows sandwiched between crispy graham crackers for a nostalgic, delicious treat.
Ingredients
20 whole graham crackers, halved (40 squares)
20 marshmallows
4 Hershey chocolate bars
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place 20 graham cracker squares on the baking sheet.
- Top each cracker with a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow.
- Place the remaining 20 graham cracker squares on top, gently pressing down.
- Bake for 5–7 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden and melty.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use jumbo marshmallows for extra gooeyness.
Swap Hershey bars for milk, dark, or flavored chocolates.
Add crushed nuts or sea salt for crunchy, salty contrast.
Add thin slices of strawberry or banana for a fruity twist.
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 day.
