Ingredients

23 garlic cloves (finely chopped)

1 baguette (or any crusty bread of choice)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven or Grill:
    Preheat your oven or grill to toast the baguette slices. Toast until crispy and golden brown (about 5 minutes in the oven).

  2. Prepare the Topping:
    Dice the tomatoes, finely chop the basil and garlic. In a mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, and garlic. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Toast the Bread:
    Slice the baguette into 1-inch slices and toast in the oven or on a grill until golden and crispy.

  4. Assemble the Bruschetta:
    Spoon the tomato mixture generously onto the toasted baguette slices just before serving.
