- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces
- 1/2 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream Wet Ingredients:
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Mix Dry Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Add Mix-Ins:
- Fold in the Reese’s Pieces, Reese’s Peanut Butter Chips, and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups until evenly distributed.
- Shape and Bake:
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll into balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart. Flatten each ball slightly with your hand or the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool:
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra gooey cookies, slightly underbake them and let them set as they cool.
- Use mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups for easier chopping.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or freeze for longer storage.
