Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
8 ounces sliced turkey breast
8 ounces cheese slices (cheddar or Swiss)
1 cup baby spinach or lettuce
½ cup cream cheese, softened
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional add-ins: diced bell peppers, sliced cucumbers, or olives
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
- Lay tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each tortilla, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edges.
- Layer slices of turkey, cheese, and spinach evenly on top of the cream cheese. Add optional vegetables if desired.
- Starting from one edge, roll each tortilla tightly without tearing.
- Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Arrange pinwheels on a platter and serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
