Description

Crumble Banane Chocolat is a French dessert that combines ripe bananas, rich dark chocolate, and a buttery almond crumble topping. It offers a perfect balance of creamy and crunchy textures, making it a comforting and indulgent treat.

Ingredients

100g of rice flour

3 ripe bananas

100g of unsalted butter

50g of almond powder

80g of brown sugar

1 bar of Lindt dark baking chocolate

8cl of whole milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chocolate: In a small saucepan, melt the Lindt dark chocolate with 8cl of whole milk over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  2. Make the Crumble Topping: In a large bowl, mix the rice flour, almond powder, brown sugar, and unsalted butter. Use your fingertips to mix the ingredients until a crumbly texture forms.
  3. Prepare the Bananas: Slice the ripe bananas and place them in small ramekins.
  4. Assemble the Dessert: Pour the melted chocolate over the banana slices, ensuring they are covered. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the banana and chocolate layers.
  5. Bake the Crumble: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and bake for 20 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve: Serve the Crumble Banane Chocolat warm to enjoy the contrast between the soft chocolate and the crunchy topping.

Notes

Experiment with different types of chocolate like milk chocolate for a sweeter flavor or hazelnut spread for a twist.

For extra crunch, consider adding nuts like walnuts or hazelnuts on top of the crumble.

Serve with vanilla ice cream for an indulgent touch.
